Do I need any prior experience with Reiki?
Not at all! This session is open to beginners and experienced energy receivers alike. All you need is an open heart and a willingness to receive.
What should I bring?
You’ll be lying down for the session, so you may bring:
✅ A yoga mat, pillow, or blanket for extra comfort (optional)
✅ Water to stay hydrated
✅ An open mind and intention for healing
Mats will also be provided if you prefer to travel light.
How do I prepare?
Wear comfortable clothing and set an intention for your healing before you arrive. Come with an open mind, ready to receive whatever is meant for you.
