Do I need any prior experience with Reiki?
Not at all! This session is open to beginners and experienced energy receivers alike. All you need is an open heart and a willingness to receive.
Does this session have to be done in-person?
Anna offers in-person healing sessions at Haven of Ascension. Virtual sessions can be done while you're at home or anywhere where you can relax. You'll be able to choose your preference after you sign up.
How do I prepare?
Wear comfortable clothing and set an intention for your healing before you arrive or before we start your virtual session. Come with an open mind, ready to receive whatever is meant for you.
